St. Paul’s Cathedral London

St. Paul’s Cathedral in London is one of the most anticipated stops for people visiting the city. Considering the Cathedral’s history, it really should be no surprise.

There has been a cathedral overlooking the city since 604 AD. It has been dedicated to St. Paul. The St. Paul’s Cathedral in London that you would visit right now is actually the fourth one. That doesn’t mean it doesn’t have some serious history attached to it though. It was built between 1675 and 1710 by Sir Christopher Wren. It was built after the previous cathedral was destroyed in the Great Fire of London.
